Mi sono recato per accompagnare la mia compagna a fare richiesta di disoccupazione. La prima volta c'era l'operatrice all'accoglienza e mi ha detto che erano chiusi e mi ha dato gli orari degli uffici. La seconda volta che siamo andati ci ha detto di tornare l'indomani perché aveva già dato i numeri e con un sorriso, che le avrei cancellato volentieri dalla faccia , ci dice di andare da un'altra parte muovendo la mano come a dire " sciò, pussa via!" Ad un ragazzo prima di me la signora alla reception gli ha urlato contro perché lui si è permesso di rinfacciarle di non esser mai stato informato della limitata disponibilità di numeri per essere serviti. Il poveretto aveva preso il giorno libero e gliel'ha rinfacciato facendole notare la mancanza di professionalità. La signora risponde con "vattene via, chiamo i carabinieri!" Sentite le urla esce un impiegato che senza fare domande per capire cosa stesse accadendo prende e manda via il ragazzo che si era giustamente lamentato. Il tutto davvero surreale! Il punto è che già fanno orari da principi, se in più chi è alla reception non è neanche in grado di comunicare con i colleghi ed interloquire con il pubblico, ma che servizio si riesce a dare? Veramente pessimi!
I went to accompany my partner to apply for unemployment. The first time the operator was at the reception and told me they were closed and gave me the office hours. The second time we went she told us to come back the next day because she had already given the numbers and with a smile, which I would have gladly wiped off her face, she tells us to go somewhere else moving her hand as if to say "shoo , pussa away! " To a guy before me the lady at the reception yelled at him because he allowed himself to blame her for never having been informed of the limited availability of numbers to be served. The poor fellow had taken the day off and accused her of his lack of professionalism. The lady replies with "go away, I'll call the carabinieri!" Hear the screams, an employee comes out and without asking questions to understand what was happening takes and sends away the boy who had rightly complained. All really surreal! The point is that they already have princes' schedules, if in addition who is at the reception is not even able to communicate with colleagues and converse with the public, but what service can you give? Really bad!

Sono anni che lo frequento e per i servizi che mi servono, sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto e il personale,è sempre stato disponibile e gentile. Nulla da eccepire.
I have been attending it for years and for the services I need, I have always been satisfied and the staff has always been helpful and kind. Nothing to complain.

Una continua conferma di efficienza, competenza e gentilezza. Sono più di dieci anni e il fatto che siano sostanzialmente sempre le stesse persone quelle che si occupano della mia famiglia e di me vuol dire che è un posto di lavorio equo e serio. Consigliato per i servizi a pagamento e per quelli gratuiti, sempre e comunque.
A continuous confirmation of efficiency, competence and kindness. It has been more than ten years and the fact that it is basically the same people who look after my family and me means that it is a fair and serious job. Recommended for paid and free services, always and in any case.

Terrible experience. Don't ever go there if you don't speak Italian. It is an office dedicated to foreigners but they refuse to speak in English (even though they know it). I was there last week for some information, and since my Italian is not that good, I chose the immigration office to have the freedom to speak in English. The counter clerk after talking to me in English for a while, when he understood that I have been living in Italy for a some years, HE DECIDED THAT I SHOULD HAVE ALREADY LEARNED ITALIAN. From then on HE STOPPED helping and REFUSED to speak in English. Since when is my speaking in Italian a responsibility of CAF's immigration office? This episode goes against the principles of inclusion of foreigners in Italy, and against the spirit of politeness of Italian people. It is a shameful episode and too discriminating to be left unpunished. I will definitely never come back there . Esperienza pessima. Non venite qui se non parlate italiano. E' un ufficio dedicato agli stranieri ma si rifiutano di parlare inglese (pur conoscendolo). Ci sono stata la scorsa settimana per chiedere informazioni, e visto che il mio italiano non è perfetto, ho scelto di andare all'ufficio degli stranieri per avere la libertà di parlare inglese. L'addetto allo sportello dopo avermi parlato un po' in inglese, dopo che ha scoperto che è da qualche anno che vivo in italia, ha deciso lui che allora dovevo averlo già imparato alla perfezione. Da quel momento si è rifiutato di parlarmi in inglese, e non ha più voluto aiutarmi. Da quando [ responsabilita dei dipendenti del CAF decidere dopo quanto tempo una persona debba conoscere la lingua italiana? Questo episodio va contro i principi di inclusione degli stranieri in italia, e contro lo spirito di gentilezza degli italiani. E' una vergogna, è un evento troppo discriminatorio per lasciarlo impunito. Sicuramente non tornerò più qui.
