Mi sono recato presso di loro x domanda di pensione oltre due mesi fa, hanno scaricato l'estratto conto contributivo certificato DALL'INPS, ho dovuto riportare codice fiscale coniuge, IBAN ecc.
Oggi vado a sentire se sanno qualcosa e iniziano a rifare i conteggi dei contributi, non trovano la cartella della volta precedente, ed in pratica non hanno fatto un bel niente.
Avevo fatto delle domande, avevano preso nota dicendo che mi richiamavano ma niente........
Meno male che ci sono passato, non dico cosa penso di loro in quanto non mi piace essere volgare. Fate voi gente forse è meglio rivolgersi a uno qualsiasi che passa per la strada..........

I went to them for a pension application over two months ago, they downloaded the social security account statement certified by INPS, I had to report my spouse's tax code, IBAN, etc.
Today I'm going to hear if they know something and they start redoing the contribution counts, they don't find the folder from the previous time, and in practice they haven't done a damn thing.
I had asked some questions, they had taken note saying that they would call me back but nothing ........
Luckily I've been through it, I don't say what I think of them as I don't like being vulgar. You people, maybe it is better to turn to any one who passes by on the street ..........
