Today 27 February at 2.20 pm no one in line. One had given up at 3 PM I attended. I've been lucky ???

La motivazione delle due stelle sono i tempi di attesa. Aspettare 15 gg per un appuntamento è veramente troppo specialmente se dopo molte volte devi tornare per imprecisioni nella creazione del modulo. Inoltre usufruire del caf è veramente impossibile bisogna perdere mattinate e fare delle file chilometriche pensando di andarci ad orari assurdi come le 7 del mattino per prendere il posto. Peccato che l'ufficio apra alle 8e30. Se non fosse per questi tempi il servizio comunque è buono ma sempre migliorabile. Well known, prices lately a bit pricey given the public service they do for which they are partly financed. The motivation of the two stars is the waiting time. Waiting for 15 days for an appointment is really too much especially if after many times you have to return for inaccuracies in creating the form. Furthermore, taking advantage of the caf is really impossible, you have to miss mornings and make mileage by thinking about going there at absurd times like 7 am to take a seat. Too bad the office opens at 8:30 am. If it were not for these times the service is still good but always improved.

Questa mattina bisognava solo ritirare la copia definitiva, è passata mia madre a ritirare, ora non va bene un mio documento di un conto corrente e non sanno neanche il motivo....mentre sono impegnati con un cliente prendono e vanno da altre persone e non si fanno più vedere per quasi mezz'ora, neanche il disturbo di avvisare. Ma credete che la gente non abbia niente da fare tutto il giorno??? I went last week to integrate the ISEE documentation, as only one type of document was missing, otherwise it was not valid and the rest was all right. This morning we just had to collect the final copy, my mother came to collect, now a document of mine from a current account is not good and they don't even know the reason ... while they are busy with a client they take and go to other people and they do not show up for almost half an hour, not even the trouble to warn. But do you think people have nothing to do all day ???
