Avevo un appuntamento prenotato on line circa un mesetto prima, mi sono presentata il giorno dell appuntamento e solo li mi hanno detto che mi avevano avvisata il giorno prima per disdirlo non trovandomi. Ho perso un giorno di lavoro, si ma a loro... che gliene importa... Zero organization. I had an appointment booked online about a month before, I showed up on the day of the appointment and only they told me that they had notified me the day before to cancel it since I was not found. Non ho mai capito come questi patronati possano aprire e chiudere senza nessun controllo da parte dello stato. Siamo un paese ! The best ever. Before I attended more patronages, but they were uncomfortable, even lost my original documents. I never understood how these patronages can open and close without any control by the state. We are a country!

È assurdo che sia necessario andare allo sportello per prendere un appuntamento!!? Avete pensato di mettere una persona dedicata a rispondere al telefono, come del resto fate per lo sportello CAF? Mi rivolgerò ad altro patronato Saluti No telephone answer on the only day on which they should receive phone calls (Tuesday); what's the point of having a telephone number if you do not answer? It is absurd that it is necessary to go to the counter to make an appointment !! ? Have you thought about putting a person dedicated to answering the phone, as you do for the CAF counter? Devo dire che sono rimasto impressionato dalla competenza e dalla professionalità dimostrata. Ho dovuto attendere un pò per il mio appuntamento , ma ne valeva la pena.......
