3 volte sono stato messo in "coda" (probabilmente fittizia) e ogni volta arrivato in prima posizione la chiamata è stata chiusa perché "tutti gli operatori sono al momento occupati"
A fare cosa esattamente, guardare il soffitto?
I've been trying to contact by phone all day
3 times I was put in a "queue" (probably fictitious) and every time I reached the first position the call was closed because "all the operators are currently busy"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei 0 stelle, è da 5 giorni che provo a chiamare e risulta sempre occupato (mi sorge il dubbi che non hanno nessuno al centralino oppure non vogliono rispondere). Mi sono recato direttamente alla sede del Patronato di Mirano ed una signora in modo molto maleducato, senza nemmeno salutarmi mi dice seccata che stanno lavorando (come se io fossi lì per divertimento). Attendo 30 muniti al freddo e non esce ancora nessuno quindi me ne vado. Servizio inesistente oltre ad umanità zero.
If I could I would give 0 stars, I have been trying to call for 5 days and it is always busy (I doubt that they have no one at the switchboard or they do not want to answer). I went directly to the Mirano Patronage office and a lady in a very rude way, without even saying goodbye, tells me annoyed that they are working (as if I were there for fun). I wait 30 minutes in the cold and no one comes out yet so I'm leaving. Non-existent service in addition to zero humanity.
