★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito ci siamo rivolti a questo patronato e non solo ci è stato chiesto di pagare una prestazione che solitamente non prevede costi, ma abbiamo successivamente scoperto che risultiamo iscritti all'Acli senza mai esserne stati informati.
Personale alla reception estremamente scortese.
My husband and I turned to this patronage and not only were we asked to pay for a service that usually does not involve costs, but we subsequently discovered that we are enrolled in the ACLI without ever having been informed of it.
Extremely rude reception staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non ho parole sono 3 giorni che chiamo scrivo e non ho mai risposta ho consegnato tutte le documentazioni per il mio 730 10 giorni fa ... mi hanno detto che in 2 giorni avrebbero compilato e sistemato il tutto e mi avrebbero ricontattata ... ebbene non hanno nemmeno iniziato a farmelo il 730 e mi serve tra due giorni lavorativi ... chiamo e non c'è il responsabile ... mi richiama lui e non lo fa ... e non so nemmeno se hanno perso la mia documentazione ... UNA VERGOGNA!!! per niente professionali ... e nemmeno gentili ... almeno sapere se stanno facendo ... professionalità ZERO
I have no words I have been calling for 3 days and I have never answered I have delivered all the documents for my 730 10 days ago ... they told me that in 2 days they would have compiled and arranged everything and would have contacted me ... well they haven't even started making me the 730 and I need it in two working days ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settimane per farmi inviare un semplice foglio, dopo numerose chiamate e mail dove non hanno mai risposto.
Ho perso il lavoro per via della situazione economica e rivolgendomi a loro per la NASPI, perderò anche la casa. Prim la però finirò al buio e senza acqua calda visto che sono orfano da quando ho 18 anni e nessuno che può aiutarmi, ma tanto loro lo stipendio lo incassano comunque e chissene frega.
Sono senza parole: li cerco da metà Aprile con mail e telefonate e mi rispondono a Maggio dicendomi che mi manderanno un foglio per riabilitare la NASPI (che ancora non ho) ed una volta inviato, sarò liquidato.
Se mi avessero risposto per tempo e lo avessimo fatto quando andava fatto, non sarei rovinato.
Provo a rivolgermi ad un legale

I lost my job due to the economic situation and by turning to them for NASPI, I will also lose my house. Prim, however, I will end up in the dark and without hot water since I have been an orphan since I was 18 and no one who can help me, but they still collect their salary anyway and who cares.
I am speechless: I have been looking for them since mid-April with emails and phone calls and they answer me in May telling me that they will send me a sheet to rehabilitate NASPI (which I do not yet have) and once sent, I will be liquidated.
If they answered me in time and we did it when it needed to be done, I wouldn't be ruined.
I try to contact a lawyer
