Non c ero mai stato ma ho trovato assurdo e ridicolo che, considerando l'età media dei " clienti ", che da quello che ho visto è piuttosto elevata, il caaf si raggiunge dopo aver fatto 65 o 66 scale (sono passate alcune settimane ma sono sicuro che il numero sia piuttosto vicino alla realtà). Il posto è sicuramente in un palazzo prestigioso e nel pieno centro della città, e probabilmente installare ascensore, montascale o qualunque altra soluzione che renda più facile raggiungere l'ingresso è complicato, per questo consiglierei lo spostamento del caaf in una struttura più moderna e funzionale. A few weeks ago I accompanied my mother, who has severe walking problems, to sign papers. I had never been there but I found it absurd and ridiculous that, considering the average age of the "customers", which from what I saw is quite high, the caaf is reached after climbing 65 or 66 stairs (a few weeks have passed but I'm sure the number is pretty close to reality). The place is certainly in a prestigious building and in the heart of the city, and probably installing a lift, stairlift or any other solution that makes it easier to reach the entrance is complicated, so I would recommend moving the caaf to a more modern and functional structure. .

Pensate che dopo più di 20 giorni di attesa, ancora la mia pratica non è stata aperta nonostante mi fosse stato detto il contrario. Sconsiglio assolutamente di appoggiarvi a loro per servizi più complessi di un mero 730 o Modello ISEE. a	alessio casagni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza molto negativa, orribile, ti danno l'appuntamento e poi aspetti un ora e ti senti dire che non c'è il nome nella lista, al telefono non rispondono mai (immigrazione), disorganizzati, strafottenti con le persone straniere e non solo, pensare che queste persone sono pagate con i nostri contributi. Vergognatevi very bad experience, horrible, they give you an appointment and then you wait an hour and you are told that there is no name in the list, on the phone they never answer (immigration), disorganized, arrogant with foreign people and not only, to think that these people are paid with our contributions. Poi quella poveretta dell'impiegata oltre alle funzioni richieste dal patronato,che già sono impegnative di loro, deve fare pure da centralinista,segretaria e/o donna delle pulizie....è una cosa normale??? Per nn parlare poi degli orari di apertura tipo un giorno si e uno no e anche solo mattina o pomeriggio....a me sembra di sognare sinceramente....vorrei ricordare che la vallata del casentino conta 50mila abitanti circa e non può essere gestita così....allora io mi chiedo: è difficile mettere un impiegata/o in più e una/un centralinista o segretaria/o???io credo di no basta solo un po di impegno e buona volontà.....vorrei ricordare infine che in altre realtà della Toscana e del resto d'italia sono non un anno ma 100 anni luce avanti a voi.....per cui AREZZO: SVEGLIA!!!!!! tra un po è NOTTE FONDAAAAAA!!!!! Ci sono varie rampe di scale. Ingresso e uffici stretti. L'ambiente necessiterebbe di manutenzione e maggiore pulizia. Offre un servizio completo e competente, è richiesto un tesseramento del costo di €16,00 annuali. Trained and friendly staff, unfortunately insufficient in number.
