Solo quando mi sono presentata sono stata avvisata della situazione. Ritengo che il servizio essendo a pagamento debba essere comunicato subito in modo tale da decidere se prendere appuntamento o meno.... non dopo ad appuntamento già fissato!!! I find it incorrect that in the telephone phase it is not stated that the simple request for information turns into paid consultancy. Only when I introduced myself was I notified of the situation. I believe that the paid service must be communicated immediately in order to decide whether to make an appointment or not .... not after an appointment already set !!!

Locali ordinati ed accoglienti per l'attesa. Unico neo:connessione scarsa per i cellulari Competent and kind staff in carrying out the practice. Servizio scadente, dopo anni, devo proprio ricredermi... Poi magari, eliminata la genia che mi ha servito, si guadagnerebbero punti. Rude, unfair and incompetent staff, ready not to answer the customer's questions but quick to do what they believe within the 30 minutes allowed and quick in billing the service. Poor service, after years, I really have to change my mind ... Then maybe, eliminating the genius who served me, they would earn points.
