Educatamente chiesi un appuntamento e senza nemmeno guardarti in faccia o chiederti per cosa rimbalzata.. con la frase abbiamo uffici anche a bergamo. Non contesto i tempi o la kple del loro lavoro ma l'educazione e doverosa e gratuita
Absolutely rude and rude staff. You do not enter a patronage for fun but out of need. Politely I asked for an appointment and without even looking you in the face or asking what you bounced for .. with the sentence we also have offices in Bergamo. I do not contest the times or the kple of their work but education is a duty and free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornata ben 3 volte e dopo ore di attesa e due volte rimandata perché la collega che si occupava della pratica non c'era, mi sono sentita dire alla fine che non sono in grado di darmi le informazioni di cui ho bisogno. Pessimo servizio. Dovrebbero assumere personale più qualificato o che almeno sappia il minimo utile per dare informazioni ai clienti.
I returned 3 times and after hours of waiting and twice delayed because the colleague who was in charge of the practice was not there, I was told at the end that I am not able to give me the information I need. Bad service. They should hire more qualified staff or at least know the minimum necessary to give information to customers.

Non è facile trovare persone così preparate ed efficaci. Bravissime le sig. re Laura e Shala.
I have relied on the CAAF and Acli patronage of Dalmine since I moved. They followed me for various practices, at times difficult. I have always found punctuality, competence, courtesy and availability.
