★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Arco dopo aver fatto e pagato la dichiarazione dei redditi, INPS comunica che hanno sbagliato un calcolo e bisogna ritornare al Patronato per rettifica. Fatto. Solo che per cambiare un numero ti chiedono 30 euro pur essendo cliente da almeno 25 anni. insopportabile e poco onesto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon pomeriggio circa due settimane fa ho fatto isee per mia figlia per la scuola ho dei problemi ha ritirarlo ho chiamato più volte nella stessa giornata mi hanno sbattuto giù il telefono ho richiamato per potere parlare con una responsabile mi hanno messo in attesa 20 minuti poi e' caduta la linea poi ho richiamato e mi anno passato una responsabile dicendomi se volevo isee dovevo mandare un serie di documenti o passare di lì con un appuntamento devo prendermi ferite per ritirare un documento che basta dare la mia e-mail per ricevere isee poi la stessa responsabile mi ha messo in attesa fino che è caduta la linea spero che questa responsabile sia cambiata di posizione la ritengo poco adatta a fare la responsabile di distinti saluti (il mio numero di telefono c'è l'avete già ) calliari Franco
