N	Nicola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deludente, prima mi dicono di avere sei mesi di tempo dalla nascita per richiedere il bonus bebè, dopo i mesi diventano 3 ed ahimè se sono già passati noi assolutamente ti avevamo detto fossero tre, se ormai ci rimetti il bonus per questi 3 mesi, colpa tua che dovresti sapere le cose. Ci sono altri patronati come l'associazione artigiani. Vi consiglio vivamente di andare da loro. Ho telefonato venerdì 18 settembre, e sempre telefonicamente mi veniva detto che avrei ricevuto una mail con i documenti necessari per avviare pratica per disoccupazione entro lunedì.... Martedì 22, visto che la mia posta era sempre vuota, richiamo e con stupore mi viene detto che riceverò in 10 gg, la documentazione, ma di non preoccuparmi, che tanto ho 128 gg a disposizione per fare domanda! Si.. È vero, ma nel frattempo, se non presento domanda, i tempi per ricevere la naspi si allungheranno, e dopo 2 mesi di lavoro, (stagione corta causa covid) con cosa si pagano le bollette?? Misteri tutti italiani. Basterebbe avere informazioni coerenti, o formare meglio chi risponde al telefono. Cercherò vie alternative. I 24 euro di pratica, posso spenderli dove meglio credo. La cosa certa è una.. Che si paga caro un servizio scadente. Discordant information!
