Questo comportamento da parte di un ente predisposto alla assistenza e non al raggiro, è contrario all'etica e al rispetto della cosa pubblica. La indennità di disoccupazione è denaro pubblico che non dovrebbe essere oggetto di favoritismi, ma di rispetto . Il giochino è chiaro e non ha bisogno di spiegazione, ma nella posizione di un ente di assistenza ai lavoratori , fornire questo tipo di indicazione, oltre a essere sleale nei confronti del datore di lavoro, costituisce di fatto una truffa ai danni dello stato, coinvolgendo l'ignaro datore di lavoro . Il signore che viene a chiamare la gente in fila ( stesso che fa le pratiche) ci da dei vogliono ed idioti alla gente fuori, che cerca di mantenere le distanze da altre persone . Non ho parole. E fumano anche all interno io essendo incinta non riuscivo manco a respirare da quanto fumo c era non ci tornerò mai più. Purtroppo sono stato accolto in maniera brusca e strafottente da un ragazzo con gli occhiali allo sportello il quale, con un arroganza completamente ingiustificata, mi ha detto di tornare il giorno seguente perchè non gli funzionava il computer. Tornato il giorno seguente mi ha sbagliato completamente la pratica che avevo richiesto e sono dovuto tornare di nuovo dopo una settimana. Le signore, che non rispondono mail al telefono, aprono e chiudono quando vogliono incuranti delle persone in attesa che prendono permessi di lavoro per un appuntamento. Trattano i clienti con tono di sufficienza. Dopo essere arrivate con 30 minuti di ritardo una delle due signore è uscita subito a bere caffe' incurante della mia presenza. Dopo che mi ha fatto andare avanti indietro per ben quatro volte senza spiegarmi bene cosa dovevo portare si sono permessi ad urlarmi in faccia i due fratelli davanti alla gente e offendermi dicendo che sono io la maleducata, perché volevo chiarimenti. Non è l'unico caso, ne ho visti simili con altre persone. È una vergogna che si permettono questo comportamento. Incompetent. Ignorant Wrong Practice.
