Inviata mail per info sulla patente nautica e mi hanno risposto dicendomi che mi avrebbero richiamato senza mai farlo. Mi sono recato in sede guardando gli orari su Google e non c'era nessuno! Che dire... Andrò altrove

PESSIMO SERVIZIO. Ho iniziato il corso sul web con pagamento online 23/09/21, ho fatto tutte le pratiche per conseguire la patente, portate personalmente a torino il 23/10/21, dopo di che nessuno mi telefonava, la scusa fu che oltre ad aver portato i documenti dovevo dire che ero pronto per l'esame......, ho dato l'OK per l'esame, ma nessuno mi ha piu' detto nulla, SPARITI, il numero disponibile è solo uno, relativo al sig. Stefano, se chiami ti arriva il messaggio "puoi scrivermi un messaggio", se rispondeva mi diceva di scrivergli per messaggio, ho provato a scrivere alla mail e la signora Veronica che mi ha risposto mi ha scritto che mi faceva sapere ma poi piu' nulla! Nonostante le mail di sollecito! Per fortuna il pagamento era con paypal il quale mi ha già rimborsato ma i miei documenti, visite, fototessere in originali non mi sono stati restituiti nonostanti le mie richieste di prepararli per il ritiro!! SPARITI LORO, IL RIMBORSO CHE AVREBBERO DOVUTO FARE LORO STESSI ED I MIEI DOCUMENTI !
