Patanè, il dente (che precedentemente mai aveva dato fastidio) è tanto dolorante da richiedere intervento di devitalizzazione, con costi tutt'altro che irrisori.
Went for a routine wisdom tooth checkup a few years ago. He finds me some cavities to clean. After the miraculous intervention of Dr. Patanè, the tooth (which previously had never bothered) is so sore that it requires devitalization, with far from negligible costs.
