★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una gastronomia che è anche un posto per stare bene e fare amicizia. Tutto quello che ho assaggiato è buonissimo e i prezzi sono più che onesti. Impossibile passare e non fermarsi anche solo per prendere il pane con lievito madre.

I plin sono talmente buoni che ho smesso di fare chilometri per andare a prenderli in langa: qui sono assolutamente di livello equivalente e, talvolta, superiore. Anche tutto il resto è all'altezza, compresa la simpatia e la gentilezza dei titolari. Validissima anche la gastronomia.
The best pasta factory in the area. The plins are so good that I stopped traveling for miles to go and get them in the Langhe: here they are absolutely of an equivalent level and, sometimes, higher. Everything else is up to par, including the sympathy and kindness of the owners. Gastronomy is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato per provare i loro prodotti. La signora si è gentilmente prodigata ad illustrarci i loro prodotti in modo chiaro. Abbiamo provato i loro gnocchi normali ed al basilico, agnolotti con verdure e i buonissimi con spek e toma questi ultimi ci sono piaciuti molto. Buona la insalata russa e favoloso loro Vitello Tonnato con una salsetta delicata e fresca. Soddisfatto.
Visited to try their products. The lady kindly went out of her way to show us their products clearly. We tried their normal and basil gnocchi, agnolotti with vegetables and the very good ones with spek and toma, the latter we liked a lot. The Russian salad is good and their Vitello Tonnato with a delicate and fresh sauce is fabulous. Satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionale, vitello tonnato a livelli da ristorante e ben al di sopra di altri provati in gastronomia, pasta fresca ripiena buonissima e tiramisù commovente, molto molto buono ma con quel gusto di fatto in casa, ben al di sopra di molti tiramisù provati in giro per ristoranti. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altri prodotti di vostra produzione, grazie.
Exceptional, vitello tonnato at restaurant levels and well above others tried in gastronomy, delicious fresh filled pasta and moving tiramisu, very very good but with that homemade taste, well above many tiramisu tried around restaurants.
