★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pastificio artigianale che produce una ottima pasta una volta venivo spesso lavorando in zona sono passato poco tempo fa e o preso un po di pasta circa oltre 20 kg in pacchi da diversi kg purtroppo non c'erano I pacchi da mezzo kg devo dire
che il pastificio è molto artigianale ma la loro pasta è ancora prodotta come tanti anni fa ,
eccellente può confrontarsi con le poche vere paste prodotte con farine di produzione locali eccellenti, conoscendo un caro amico abruzzese che mi a confermato che è uno dei pastifici seri e fanno dei prodotti o tipi di pasta eccezzionali che si vede con la cottura della pasta
rimane sempre bella integra al dente , e un patrimonio di questa
zona del abruzzo, prezzo onestissimo lo consiglio a chi volesse acquistare una pasta prodotta da un piccolissimo pastificio un po in disparte senza
essere conosciuto per la
pubblicità ma la qualità per chi
ama la pasta complimenti ai
titolari di questo gioiello.
