★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta fresca è spettacolare! Ravioli e fusilli fatti come una volta sono una delizia anche per palati raffinatissimi. Poi c'è la cortesia accoppiata all'alta qualità del prodotto venduto. Quindi credo che questi due ingredienti siano già sufficienti. Inoltre c'è da dire che la clientela viene consigliata con delle ricette per ogni tipo di pasta. Nel negozio oltre a trovare la pasta ci sono anchr proditti di nichia prodotti nel territorio Irpino (Vino, Miele, Marmellate....). Infine, per coloro che abitano lontano dal luogo di produzione, come me, possono prendere la pasta essiccata in buste, oppure usufruire del servizio corriere che raggiunge tutt'Italia. E vi assicuro che mangierete, anche cosi, degli ottimi fusilli, ravioli, cavatelli o orecchiette.

In addition to finding pasta in the shop there are also products of nichia produced in the Irpinia area (Wine, Honey, Jams ....). Finally, for those who live far from the place of production, like me, they can take dried pasta in envelopes, or take advantage of the courier service that reaches all over Italy. And I assure you that you will eat, even so, excellent fusilli, ravioli, cavatelli or orecchiette.
