R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gestori ricercano prodotti di qualità, non rinvenibili normalmente nei supermercati e salumerie (ad esempio, io trovo lì olio extravergine della Azienda Amerigo Quattrociocchi, che ha ottenuto prestigiosi riconoscimenti nazionali e internazionali tra cui miglior olio biologico nel 2018 e tanti buoni vini). Nel periodo Covid ho anche apprezzato la migliore adesione e attenzione ai protocolli di sicurezza imposti dalla normativa rispetto alle altre salumerie. Preparano e vendono primi piatti a base di pasta fresca prodotta da loro (che vendono anche cruda, da cucinare), secondi e antipasti da asportare (e questa la loro principale attività, infatti) . Ottimo per chi, per esempio, ha ospiti e non vuole rischiare di fare brutte figure o non ha voglia di cimentarsi personalmente. The managers are looking for quality products, not normally found in supermarkets and delicatessens (for example, I find there extra virgin olive oil from the Amerigo Quattrociocchi company, which has obtained prestigious national and international awards including best organic oil in 2018 and many good wines). During the Covid period I also appreciated the better adherence and attention to the safety protocols imposed by the legislation compared to other delicatessens. They prepare and sell first courses based on fresh pasta produced by them (which also sell raw, to cook), second courses and appetizers to be removed (and this is their main activity, in fact). Excellent for those who, for example, have guests and do not want to risk making bad figures or do not want to try their hand.

Dopo aver assaggiato la loro pasta fresca (divina), ho deciso di prendere una porzione di gàtteau di patate con dei carciofi....e cosa posso dire...una vera delizia per il palato!!! Tutto buonissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, inoltre il locale è sempre ben sistemato e molto pulito. I love this place and I recommend anyone who is nearby to stop here to taste these goodies !!! After tasting their fresh pasta (divine), I decided to take a portion of potato gàtteau with artichokes .... and what can I say ... a real treat for the palate !!! All very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus the place is always well arranged and very clean.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, tutto era buonissimo con sapori di casa,peperoni,melanzane arrostite,funghi trifolati, polpette al sugo,anelli di pasta con prosciutto e besciamella, rigatoni freschi e abbiamo pagato 35 euro,a mio avviso un prezzo davvero conveniente!Ci ritorneremo Sunday at 12.00, my husband receives a phone call and invites 3 people for lunch, I hadn't prepared anything yet, we decide to buy first second courses and side dishes already cooked at the Le Spighe pasta factory, the best idea I've come up with! We ate very well, everything was delicious with home flavors, peppers, roasted aubergines, sautéed mushrooms, meatballs with sauce, pasta rings with ham and bechamel, fresh rigatoni and we paid 35 euros, in my opinion a really affordable price!
