★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi pomeriggio, ho preso dei canederli classici, li ho cotti in brodo vegetale 10 minuti come mi hanno suggerito in negozio, poi ripassati burro, salvia e parmigiano: OTTIMI, si sono mantenuti morbidi ma non si sono sfaldati .... prima di tornare a valle ritornerò per qualche altro "assaggio" ?
I went this afternoon, took some classic dumplings, cooked them in vegetable broth for 10 minutes as they suggested in the shop, then sautéed butter, sage and parmesan: EXCELLENT, they remained soft but did not flake .... first to return to the valley I will return for some more "taste" ?
