★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l'occasione di visitare il pastificio circa 3 anni fa' quando il mio Comune organizzò la visita ai fornitori della mensa scolastica e ne rimasi davvero molto colpita. Tutto il personale era educatissimo e davvero propositivo a spiegarci tutte le fasi di lavorazione della pasta. Al termine ci consegnarono delle confezioni omaggio che ho avuto modo di riprovare in questi giorni e confermo ora come allora che la qualità è davvero ottima. Mangerei sempre "Pasta Toscana" in quanto la sua varietà di formati la rende adatta ad ogni piatto. Consigliatissimo!!!
I had the opportunity to visit the pasta factory about 3 years ago when my municipality organized a visit to the school canteen suppliers and I was really impressed. All the staff were very polite and really proactive in explaining all the phases of pasta processing. At the end they gave us some free packages that I was able to try again in these days and I confirm now as then that the quality is really excellent. I would always eat "Pasta Toscana" as its variety of formats makes it suitable for any dish. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vivo in ecuador compro la pasta al supermaxi ottima ma sono vari mesi che comprando elicoidali n.94 durante la cottura si rompono lungo le venature...perche,,, difetti di produzione peccato si vede anche nella pasta cruda il difetto. Grazie
I live in Ecuador I buy excellent supermaxi pasta but it has been several months that buying helicoidal n.94 during cooking break along the veins ... because ,,, production defects sin is also seen in the raw pasta the defect. Thank you
