★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un semifreddo al pistacchio ed era impresentabile, aveva lo strato croccante immediatamente al di sotto della superficie ed un cuore morbido il che lo rendeva non porzionabile se non distruggendo completamente la fetta. Abbiamo provato con 4 coltelli. Il sapore della poltiglia nel piatto era buono ed il personale gentile ma la fetta impresentabile. Portato a casa di ospiti non ho fatto una bella figura.
I bought a pistachio semifreddo and it was unpresentable, it had a crunchy layer immediately below the surface and a soft heart which made it not portionable if not completely destroying the slice. We tried with 4 knives. The taste of the mush on the plate was good and the staff were polite but the slice unpresentable. Brought to the guest house I did not make a good impression.
