★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata domenica a prendere un aperitivo, dopo aver fatto lo scontrino un campari e un cocktail sanpellegrino pagando ben 11 euro ,presento lo scontrino chiedendo il mio analc.volevano servirmi un aranciata, chinò o sanbitter dopo un po' il mio fidanz.gli mostra la bevanda da Google e loro dicono che non solo non c'era ma non la conoscevano , al che sono andata alla cassa dicendo : scusi ma cosa ho pagato 4 euro ? Una cosa che non sapete neanche cos'è? Ma come ,sapete incassare ,ma il servizio vergognoso e pietoso

Something you don't even know what it is? Why, you know how to collect, but the shameful and pitiful service

Brioche che dovrebbero avere un ripieno , non ce l’hanno. E il ginseng che servono è una bustina sciolta in acqua calda.
Che dire? Neanche il personale è cortese.
Ovviamente non consiglio e non tornerò mai più.
Untreated premises and using the term "dirty" would detract from reality.
Croissants that should have a filling, do not have it. And the ginseng they serve is a sachet dissolved in hot water.
What to say? The staff are not courteous either.
Obviously I don't recommend and will never go back.

Locale molto sudicio, con tavolini sporchi e appiccicosi, che non vengono puliti tra un cliente e l'altro. norme igieniche basilari completamente assenti.
Spero ci vada l'ASL.
Vorrei mettere zero stelle ma non è possibile.
PS: nessuno con la mascherina
Very poor quality of products. Very high prices bordering on the absurd.
Very dirty place, with dirty and sticky tables, which are not cleaned between customers. completely absent basic hygiene rules.
I hope the ASL goes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto provare questa pasticceria dopo aver letto un articolo sulle migliori pasticcerie di Firenze e sono rimasto alquanto deluso sia dalla presentazione sia dal sapore dei prodotti serviti in questo locale.
Devo dire che ho mangiato cornetti per la grande distribuzione, per intendersi quelli surgelati, più fragranti e saporiti di quello alla crema comprato in questa "pasticceria artigianale".
Sicuramente non ci tornerò.
I wanted to try this pastry shop after reading an article about the best pastry shops in Florence and I was somewhat disappointed in both the presentation and the taste of the products served in this place.
I must say that I ate croissants for large-scale distribution, to be understood the frozen ones, more fragrant and tasty than the cream one bought in this "artisan pastry".
I will definitely not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Florentine institution in terms of pastries and cakes. A little away from the busy centre, a great place where to have breakfast with their famous pear and chocolate pastries. A must go if you have the time and possibility to travel around Florence!
