★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri abbiamo mangiato una torta profiteroles del peso di 1,200 kg compreso il vassoio di plastica e il cui prezzo è stato di € 27,00.
A parte il costo, che mi sembra francamente un pò eccessivo, la torta era storta su un lato e stracolma di panna troppo dolce, decorata con granella di zucchero colorato. Il cioccolato sapeva molto di Nutella e anche i bignè non erano particolarmente buoni. Io direi che un buon pasticcere dovrebbe fare un pò di più e anche calibrare meglio i prezzi, perché in questo periodo siamo un pò tutti in affanno con i soldi. La prossima volta proveremo con un altro pasticcere.
Yesterday we ate a profiteroles cake weighing 1,200 kg including the plastic tray and the price of which was € 27.00.
Apart from the cost, which frankly seems a bit excessive to me, the cake was crooked on one side and overflowing with too sweet cream, decorated with colored sugar grains. The chocolate tasted a lot of Nutella and the cream puffs weren't particularly good either. I would say that a good pastry chef should do a little more and also better calibrate the prices, because in this period we are all a little worried about money. Next time we'll try another pastry chef.
