Grazie a loro ho potuto fare una riuscitissima sorpresa di anniversario con una torta Meravigliosa e soprattutto Buonissima, oltre le mie aspettative, da 250 km di distanza. Ancora grazie e presto !! Unico appunto: i maritozzi già tagliati e farciti con la panna, erano esposti nella vetrinetta. I maritozzi andrebbero tagliati e farciti al momento perché si seccano come quello che ho assaggiato. I diplomatici non hanno crema , solo bagna .. con quella cosa rosa.. no no no .. Non ci siamo, il bignè al cioccolato è abbastanza buono ma la crema dovrebbe essere meno solida e dovrebbe sapere meno di cannella. Poor pasta I'm sorry .. tiramisu is not a tiramisu, full of marsala, with a white thing in the middle that is not mascarpone, I don't know what it is, tiramisu is tiramisu you can't make variations and you can't change it. Passo qui quasi ogni domenica da anni e anni, zero imprevisti o giornate storte. I dolci sono sempre super. Anche le torte niente da dire. Very good, classic pastry but with various original mignons.
