Ho ordinato una torta per la bambina e ho indicazioni ben precise che non sono state minimamente rispettate. La volevo quadrata ed è stata fatta rotonda, doveva essere decorata con la panna per fare la treccia di elsa di frozen...e niente mi risparmio il commento per descrivere quella "cosa" che è stata fatta. Delusione completa... In più nonostante al ritiro abbiamo detto che quella non era la torta ordinata, oltre ad un mi dispiace non è stato detto nulla! Una pasticceria serie si offre di rimediare!!!!!
