β β β β β GO FOR GELATO !!! You must try the pistacchio first - and then try everything else :) So delicious. And what a beautiful spot to enjoy a gelato, sitting in the piazza of a lava stone cathedral!

β β β β β Do not come to Randazzo on a Tuesday -- because this place is closed. I recommend every flavor of gelato and granita on offer (we tried them all). The staff were all wonderful and clearly take pride in what they do. The jade interior feels super classic and old school, and is an interesting contrast to the volcanic black duomo just outside.
