Ma oggi sono veramente stanca di essere trattata in questo modo e mi sono decisa finalmente a recensionare la cosa. Oggi per l'ennesima volta mi reco lì al tavolo per una colazione insieme a mio marito, chiedo alla cameriera se sarebbe uscito qualcosa essendo che la vetrina per le brioshe era quasi vuota. Mi viene detto che avevano solo cornetti a Crema e che non sarebbe uscito niente. Aspetto 25 minuti per 2 cappuccini e 2 brioshe vecchie alla crema. Entrò dentro per pagare la vetrina era strapiena di ogni tipologia di brioshe. Tutto questo è veramente assurdo. Questa volta non ci torno più!!! 1 star because you can't put less. Today for the umpteenth time I go there to the table for breakfast with my husband, I ask the waitress if something would come out since the display case for the brioshe was almost empty. I am told that they only had croissants in Crema and that nothing would come out. I wait 25 minutes for 2 cappuccinos and 2 old cream brioches. He went inside to pay the window was full of every type of brioshe. All this is truly absurd. This time I'm not going back !!!

Non sono un pasticciere e non sto giudicando la qualità, nel complesso eccellente, del dolce. La commessa è stata gentile da spiegarmi che solo su ordinazione mettono la marmellata, però avvisare i clienti con una qualche etichetta in vetrina sarebbe carino. Non ci ho fatto proprio una bella figura con gli ospiti a cena… I would like to make a constructive criticism regarding the Sachertorte: the ones on display are without the jam… but why !? I am not a pastry chef and I am not judging the overall excellent quality of the dessert. The saleswoman was kind to explain to me that they only put the jam on order, but to warn customers with some label in the window would be nice. I didn't really make a good impression on the guests at dinner ...

Monoporzione perfetta, millefoglie torta ufficiale. Me l'hanno fatta con la panna spary e senza nemmeno una scaglia di cioccolato!!! Figuraggia con uno staff importante. Ho fatto riferire anche il fatto alla titolare, han dovuto portare là la torta per esaminarla. Hanno negato l'evidenza! Vergognaaaaa!! I ordered a millefeuille for an important birthday, taking a single tasting portion a few days before !! Perfect single portion, official millefeuille cake. They made it for me with spary cream and without even a flake of chocolate !!! Imagine with an important staff. I also reported the fact to the owner, they had to bring the cake there to examine it. They denied the evidence! Shame on you !!

La vetrina dei pasticcini è spettacolare. Paste sempre fresche e non ho mai mangiato una crema così meravigliosa. Ho portato a casa una mousse al cioccolato e pistacchio di Bronte che era mondiale, complimenti!! Excellent restaurant, courteous and well-trained staff. A very wide choice of various types of large and mignon pastries, also a wide choice for cakes. The pastry shop window is spectacular. Always fresh pasta and I have never eaten such a wonderful cream. I brought home a Bronte chocolate and pistachio mousse that was world-class, congratulations !!
