Peccato. Ho aspettato anni prima di fare questa recensione, volevo vedere se cambiava qualcosa, ma nulla. Aggiornamento dopo risposta del proprietario. Io ho scritto in italiano. La macchina indipendentemente da modello è oggettivamente sporca e incrostata di latte. Due mattine di seguito, infatti la colazione non verrà più fatta. Per il resto ho scritto Ottima. Unico motivo per cui continuo a comprare da voi. Dalla sua risposta mi conferma la poca educazione e la poca voglia di migliorare. Cosa devo dire in faccia a gente che fa fatica a salutare??? Le brioche sono buonissime, ma è capitato spesso che di domenica non fossero uguali ad altri giorni punto. Se poi avete clienti di serie A e B non lo so. È inutile arrabbiarsi. Probabilmente avete preferenze nel servire i clienti, molti ragazzi della zona non vengono per questo motivo. La mia era una critica costruttiva e oggettiva. Non ci guadagno nulla, anzi magari cambiando qualcosa verrei più volentieri e più spesso. Se vuole sono disponibile a parlare anche di persona, ma se questo è il livello di risposta. Quando si entra si respira la stessa aria di quei locali da centro storico delle grandi città: pavimenti in marmo policromo, porte a vetri con maniglioni in ottone, vetrine sempre curate, mobili su misura in stile art decò. Do quattro stelle solo per l'heritage di cui gode questa attività e per i bei ricordi d'infanzia di quando, uscito da Messa, andavo con mio nonno a prendere il canonico vassoio di paste della domenica. Purtroppo mi duole molto constatare che nell'ultimo lustro, seppure occasionalmente, le paste e specialmente le torte non sono sempre freschissime e i prezzi per nulla abbordabili; tuttavia se la seconda cosa rappresenta un elemento tutto sommato accettabile, data la caratura del locale, la prima costituisce un grave pregiudizio. Invito pertanto i proprietari a riportare alcuni dei propri standard qualitativi all'altezza degli antichi fasti. Che dire trovati per caso una vera fortuna, da oggi saranno i pasticceri di famiglia . Al banco le signore presenti gentili e cordiali, sanno sempre consigliare il cliente verso il giusto acquisto, sanno esaudire ogni desiderio. Anche quando ero in gravidanza mi hanno orientato verso le giuste scelte. Che dire di più....pasticcini, torte e cioccolato che ti fanno rimanere estasiati. Complimenti anche al personale in laboratorio!Se mai doveste aver bisogno di un assaggiatrice per assaporare nuove creazioni io mi propongo volentieri per diventare assaggiatrice ufficiale?
