Erano palesemente normali, né l'impasto né la farcitura erano vegane. Trattare per fesso un cliente non lo accetto, perdipiù sono cari e alla cassa c'era una signora maleducata. Ovviamente non ci torneremo più! NORMAL BRIOCHE SOLD BY VEGAN We ordered two vegan brioches, they told us there was only pistachio. È la terza volta che accade, sia per il gelato che per altri ordini di dolci in cui mette sempre i puntini sulle i e serve me o dei miei familiari in modo diverso dalle altre lavoratrici. Cioccolata buona e fatta a mano, ovvero mescolando a mano il cioccolato con il latte, paste buonissime, prezzi nella norma. Locale con bella vetrina espositiva, forse un po' piccolo ma x una consumazione veloce va più che bene. Vedo molte recensioni negative, io non ho trovato ne scortesia né roba scadente o prezzi esagerati, anzi dico che se devo scegliere se bere una cioccolata liquida fatta solo di latte e cacao e pagarla 2,50€ prefersco una buona cioccolata densa e pagarla 3€,e così anche una pasta buona pagarla 1,50 piuttosto che una a 1€, decongelata e pure bruciata. La cosa sgradevole è stata nel momento del conto, o meglio, dopo averlo pagato. E' successa una cosa che purtroppo succede spesso in Altopiano: per il nostro panettone in confezione regalo abbiamo pagato 25 € mentre un cliente successivo, evidentemente residente ad Asiago e conosciuto, dello stesso prodotto con identica confezione ha pagato 15,50 €. Ad una nostra richiesta di chiarimenti ci hanno guardato come se parlassimo una lingua sconosciuta e non hanno detto nulla. Poichè la cosa succede spesso anche in altri punti vendita, fruttivendoli, alimentari, etc, anche se sono residente in Altopiano da due anni, mi sembra un malcostume che non fa bene al turismo e al buon nome dell'Altopiano. Arrogante e scorbutica solo per aver dimenticato il bigliettino del numero sul tavolo, così diffidente da non ascoltare nemmeno quando le sono state riferite le consumazioni. Inoltre non si fa a tempo ad entrare che si viene assaliti dalle cameriere con il lettore del green pass. Cameriere prive di esperienza, poco accoglienti. Non era la prima volta che andavamo in questo bar, pensavamo che in passato il trattamento fosse dovuto alla confusione ma a quanto pare non è così. Le paste sono buone, le frittelle troppo unte e pesanti. Bah! Ampia la scelta tra brioche e paste, fanno anche dolci tipici come le colombe (vedi il periodo pasquale). Sia io che le altre persone con me, abbiamo sempre trovato personale professionale, educato; caffè buono, lo stesso dicasi per le brioche e le paste. Non ho mai preso i dolci. Locale pulito. Prezzi nella media. Posto sicuramente da consigliare. I've been there many times, in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for a "sweet" break. There is a wide choice of brioches and pastas, they also make typical sweets such as doves (see the Easter period). Both I and the other people with me, we have always found professional, polite staff; good coffee, the same goes for brioches and pastries. I've never had sweets. Clean room. Average prices. Definitely a place to recommend.
