Il locale climatizzato caratterizzato da ampie volte a stella a vista (tradizione architettonica del Salento), dispone di un accogliente sala con tavolini dove poter gustare i prodotti e passare del tempo da soli o in compagnia. Gentilezza e cortesia dei gestori completano il quadro è se avete qualche domanda su come si fanno i pasticciotti o qualche delizia della tradizione dolciaria salentina in maestro Giuseppe Perrone vi saprà svelare tutti i segreti della pasticceria.
Organizzano viste guidate e degustazioni di ed eventi in collaborazione con le cantine locali.
E se tornati a casa dopo le vacanze avete voglio do gustare le prelibatezze la pasticceria vi spedisce a casa i prodotti in tutta Italia ed in tempo celere.

La pasticceria Perrone è u eccellenza da tutti punti di vista, e di per sé merita una visita.
An exceptional place from all points of view, quality and variety of products of the highest level, tradition and innovation meet in the desserts of the Perrone pastry shop. The air-conditioned room, characterized by large vaulted ceilings (architectural tradition of Salento), has a cozy room with tables where you can enjoy the products and spend time alone or in company. Kindness and courtesy of the managers complete the picture is if you have any questions about how to make pasticciotti or some delight of the Salento confectionery tradition in maestro Giuseppe Perrone will know how to reveal all the secrets of the pastry.

Prodotti tipici della regione ottimi , consiglio il pasticciotto mandorle e fichi, la classica colazione cappuccio e brioches approvata .
Come punto finale ma non meno importante la simpatia la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria .
Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
We had the pleasure of getting to know this pastry shop while staying in Carmiano.
Excellent typical products of the region, I recommend the almond and fig pasticciotto, the classic approved breakfast with hood and brioches.
As a final point but not least the friendliness, kindness and availability of the owner.
We had a great time!
