Pasticceria di tipo SEMPLICE ( che potrebbe essere anche un vanto di questi tempo), punto vendita vecchio e poco pulito e maltenuto. Per non parlare dei pannolini e saponi all' interno della vendita. Avevo ordinato due torte di un certo peso. Il peso è aumentato di quasi due kg sul prezzo perché dicono che l'artigianato non può essere preciso. Su questo concordo ma credo che dopo anni di esperienza si possa sbagliare di qualche centinaia di grammi non di kg. Inoltre la torta purtroppo non corrispondeva al peso reale e pagato. Cosa che può accadere perché errare è umano. Quello che è mancata è stata la professionalità nel gestire la questione, non mettendosi assolutamente né in discussione e né in dubbio e sollevando anche una certa arroganza.
