Prendere una granita a Messina e avere di Sopra una panna con spunto di acidità. Può anche capitare di avere un prodotto che non è buono , ma non concepisco che dopo che il cliente si avvicina cortesemente a dire questo problema il personale , il personale inizia ad offendere il cliente presupponendo che il cliente non capisce o non ha palato. Questa è la cosa più disgustosa essendo titolare di un grande locale , la prima regola è trattare bene il cliente . Per concludere mi avvicino a pagare anche le cose che appena toccate lasciate lì sul banco perche erano incommestibili , per fare capire Cosa significa essere SIGNORE.
