★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Ausflug in den Madonien hielten wir an dieser Konditorei, mit der Absicht, eine kurze Pause einzulegen und einen Kaffee zu trinken. Im Inneren wurden wir von der grossen Auswahl an Süssgebäck und lokalen Spezialitäten überrascht, die im Schaufenster ausgestellt waren. Wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden, also wollten unsere Kinder "Cartoccio" Hefegebäck gefüllt mit Ricotta, eins mit Vanillecreme und Croissants probieren. Wir hingegen konnten den Keksen mit Ingwer und denen mit Zimt nicht widerstehen. Alles wirklich vom feinsten und frisch, einschließlich der Höflichkeit der Besitzer.
On a trip to the Madonie we stopped at this pastry shop with the intention of taking a short break and having a coffee. Inside, we were surprised by the large selection of sweet pastries and local specialties that were displayed in the shop window. We could hardly make up our minds, so our children wanted to try "Cartoccio" yeast pastries filled with ricotta, one with vanilla cream and croissants. We, on the other hand, couldn't resist the biscuits with ginger and those with cinnamon. Everything really at its finest and fresh including the courtesy of the owners.

Deliziosi e delicati, i miei preferiti, ma anche il ricco assortimento di praline al cioccolato sono straordinari.
Chiunque abbia portato ad assaggiarli ne è rimasto innamorato.
Ottimi anche i biscotti tipici madoniti.
A parte questo tipo di prodotti, non mangio dolci, ma chi li ha mangiati li ha definiti superbi.
Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

The typical Madonite biscuits are also excellent.
