★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona pasticceria di Aversa, prodotti di qualità ed un ottimo posto per trascorrere del tempo a gustare le prelibatezze che produce a partire dalla Polacca, una specialità da loro prodotta reinterpretando una ricetta regalata loro da una suora dell'est, da qui il nome, negli anni 20. Il dolce ha una forma circolare, basso e farcito con una crema pasticcera ed amarena. Buonissima.
 Good pastry from Aversa, quality products and a great place to spend time enjoying the delicacies that it produces starting from the Polish one, a specialty they produce by reinterpreting a recipe given to them by a nun from the east, hence the name, in the 1920s. The cake has a circular shape, low and filled with a custard and black cherry. Very good.
