G	Guido Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle e non 4 perché la torta era buona e anche carina da vedere ma: non hanno segnato l'orario consegnando più di un'ora dopo il previsto, con i conseguenti disagi; le candeline seppur simili, erano diverse una dall'altra; non avevano confezioni adatte e quindi ho dovuto trasportare la torta totalmente aperta (era alta come pattuito ma se non sei attrezzato dillo prima che uno in macchina non rischia di rovinarla senza alcuna protezione); alla cassa lasciano intendere che per il disagio da 20€/kg la stai pagando 18€/kg ( prezzo già concordato al momento dell'ordine). Peccato perché non era affatto male ma i disagi creati e la presa in giro alla cassa vi hanno fatto perdere un cliente 2 stars and not 4 because the cake was good and also nice to look at but: they did not mark the time, delivering more than an hour later than expected, with the consequent inconvenience; the candles, although similar, were different from each other; they did not have suitable packaging and therefore I had to transport the cake totally open (it was high as agreed but if you are not equipped, tell it first that one in the car does not risk ruining it without any protection); at the checkout they suggest that for the inconvenience of 20 € / kg you are paying 18 € / kg (price already agreed at the time of the order). Too bad because it was not bad at all but the inconvenience created and the teasing at the cashier made you lose a customer
