La prima volta il pasticcere ha aggiunto di sua iniziativa la Nutella, ingrediente non richiesto da me, non sapendo che io sono allergica. E se non me ne fossi accorta subito avrei rischiato uno shock anafilattico. E la pasticceria si sarebbe ritrovata con una bella denuncia. Il pasticcere poi si è scusato e ci ha garantito che non sarebbe più successa una cosa del genere. Oggi, a distanza di 2 anni, abbiamo ritirato la seconda torta da Mascia. Mia madre ridendo mi ha detto: "attenta ancora c'è la Nutella!". E così è stato: anche questa volta abbiamo trovato la Nutella nella torta. Per non parlare del fatto che la torta era congelata, con il gelato al posto della crema. Chissà da quanto tempo era in quel congelatore. Abbiamo voluto dare una seconda possibilità a questa pasticceria, che ha dimostrato ancora una volta scarsa professionalità. This is the second time I have ordered a birthday cake from Mascia. English soup cake: sponge cake, chocolate cream and whipped cream, so to speak. The first time the pastry chef added Nutella on his own initiative, an ingredient not requested by me, not knowing that I am allergic. And if I didn't notice right away I would have risked anaphylactic shock. And the pastry shop would end up with a nice complaint. The pastry chef then apologized and assured us that such a thing would never happen again. Today, after 2 years, we have withdrawn the second cake from Mascia. Laughing my mother told me: "watch out for Nutella!". And so it was: once again we found Nutella in the cake. Not to mention that the cake was frozen, with ice cream instead of cream. Who knows how long it had been in that freezer. We wanted to give a second chance to this pastry shop, which once again showed lack of professionalism.
