Quella pero' che troverete veramente insuperabile e' la Pignolata.
Quezto squisito dolce e' tipico di Reggio e Messina.
Fatto con un procedimento molto particolare, e' sostanzialmente un tipo di pasta soffiata ricoperta per meta' con una glassa a base di limone e per meta' con una a base di.cioccolato.
Da mangiare con gli amici usando rigorosamente le.mani........
