Ma vorrei capire che cosa vi costa comprare un paio di seggioloni per i bambini??? Ve li hanno rotti, ve li hanno rubato... E si ricomprano come in qualsiasi buon locale che si rispetti. Beautiful, one of the most beautiful views of the lake, the food is good, the desserts are excellent, the staff is friendly enough but ... But I would like to understand what it costs you to buy a pair of high chairs for children ??? They broke them, they stole them from you ... And they can be bought back like in any good self-respecting place.

Brioches e focacce nella media, personale assolutamente non professionale, quasi scocciate che un cliente interrompesse le loro frivole discussioni per ordinare la colazione. Idem al momento di pagare. Da parte mia, state tranquille che non vi farò ulteriormente faticare. Beautiful local and view. I would have expected the same from the products and the staff. Average croissants and focaccia, absolutely unprofessional staff, almost annoyed that a customer interrupts their frivolous discussions to order breakfast. Ditto when paying. For my part, rest assured that I will not make you struggle further.

Dopo 25 minuti di attesa ci siamo recati all’interno se fosse attivo il servizio al tavolo, risposta “arriva subito la mia collega”. Dopo altri 15 minuti esce la collega e serve il tavolo a fianco al nostro è non ci degna di uno sguardo. Ci alziamo e ripartiamo fermandoci in un altro locale. Peccato perché la location è gradevole ma il servizio lascia parecchio a desiderare We stopped for an aperitif We advise that we would sit outside as the terrace was not open. After 25 minutes of waiting we went inside if table service was active, the answer "my colleague will arrive immediately". After another 15 minutes the colleague comes out and serves the table next to ours is not worthy of a look. We get up and leave, stopping in another room. Too bad because the location is pleasant but the service leaves a lot to be desired
S	Stefano Bambozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi fermo spesso per esigenze di lavoro al mattino presto con i colleghi ,mà dopo l ultima di oggi penso che non mi fermerò mai più .Personale sottodimensionato per la grandezza del posto e forse anche per questo stressato al punto tale da essere maleducati staff pessimi complimenti al proprietario per assumere queste persone forse il proprietario non era presente perché se ci fosse stato sarebbero state carinissime.Oltre alla lunga attesa per poter essere assistiti anche quando non c 'è scusa strafottenti al momento di pagare per un complimento preso forse male dall addetta alla cassa al momento di pagare ,una ragazza magra giovane con i capelli lisci legati dietro . Queste persone si rendano conto che non e cosi facile trovare lavoro al giorno d oggi è ci penserei bene a difendere il proprio perchè nessuno è insostituibile . I often stop for work needs early in the morning with colleagues, but after today's last one I think I will never stop again .Staff undersized for the size of the place and perhaps also for this stressed to the point of being rude staff bad compliments to the owner to hire these people perhaps the owner was not present because if he had been there they would have been very nice. checkout when paying, a thin young girl with straight hair tied back. These people realize that it is not so easy to find work nowadays and I would think well to defend their own because no one is irreplaceable.
M	Massimo Gnata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il personale davvero gentile e simpatico. Purtroppo però, ho qualcosa da ridire su brioche e cappuccino. Non il top. Le brioches non erano fresche, sembravano del giorno prima e probabilmente lo erano. Il cappuccino era un caffèlatte con un accenno di crema e nulla più. Ad ogni modo il posto è davvero carino e invitante. Ci torneremo con la speranza che ci offrano delle brioches un po' più fresche. I found the staff to be really nice and nice. Unfortunately, however, I have something to say about brioche and cappuccino. Not the top. The brioches weren't fresh, they looked like the day before and they probably were. The cappuccino was a latte with a hint of cream and nothing more. Either way the place is really nice and inviting. We will be back with the hope that they will offer us some fresher brioches.
G	Giovanna SANTORO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto bella ...vista lago sopratutto in terrazza...ma prima di accomodarsi in terrazza devi prima ordinare...comunque sia abbiamo fatto un aperitivo domenica e c'era troppa gente quindi il personale non sapeva dove andare prima...aperitivo buono ma non troppo abbondante..si sono dimenticati le patatine ?..ci tengo a certe cose quando faccio l'aperitivo...patatine e olive sono L'A B C per un aperitivo ? ma in compenso hanno dato altro... Consiglio di investire sul personale...per quanto riguardo il dolce abbiamo assaggiato 2 dolcini al pistacchio nulla di ché ma buoni Very nice location ... lake view especially on the terrace ... but before sitting on the terrace you have to order first ... anyway we had an aperitif on Sunday and there were too many people so the staff didn't know where to go first ... good aperitif but not too abundant..they forgot the fries ?..I care about certain things when I make an aperitif ... fries and olives are the A BC for an aperitif ? but on the other hand they gave something else ... I recommend investing in staff ... as regards the dessert we tasted 2 pistachio sweets, nothing special but good
