Ilaria è attentissima ad ogni esigenza, conosce il nome di ogni cliente abituale e sa come e cosa servirti. La qualità della pasticceria è di altissimo livello ed è possibile sorseggiare il caffè anche nei tavoli all'aperto con affaccio sulla piazza. Un'esperienza da non perdere per chi si trova nel centro storico pisano. Aperto tutti i giorni fino alle 16:00.
 The pastry shop is located in the most characteristic medieval square of Pisa, that is piazza delle Vettovaglie and is a place very frequented by every type of clientele: workers of the square, employees of the offices of the surroundings, students and various curious characters. Ilaria is very attentive to every need, knows the name of every regular customer and knows how and what to serve you. The quality of the pastry is of the highest standard and it is possible to sip coffee even in the outdoor tables overlooking the square. An experience not to be missed for those in the historic center of Pisa. Open every day until 4pm.

Avremmo voluto condividere la foto del dolce che oltre ad essere buonissimo era fatto con maestria e gusto, ma la fame ha avuto il sopravvento. Fidatevi delle parole. Ottima professionalità e cordialità dei proprietari. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
We ordered a puffy birthday cake with chocolate and cream ... delicious. We would have liked to share the photo of the dessert which, in addition to being very good, was made with skill and taste, but hunger prevailed. Trust the words. Excellent professionalism and friendliness of the owners. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto fare la torta per il compleanno del mio ragazzo in questa pasticceria ed è stata un successo. Oltre alla gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria, il merito va sicuramente al pasticcere. La torta oltre che bella era anche BUONISSIMA! Un pan di spagna scioglievole con crema pasticcera al cioccolato sublime e frutta fresca sopra. Davvero complimenti! Sicuramente dovrò passare per la colazione. A presto!
I had my boyfriend's birthday cake made at this pastry shop and it was a success. In addition to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, the credit certainly goes to the pastry chef. The cake, besides being beautiful, was also VERY GOOD! A melting sponge cake with sublime chocolate custard and fresh fruit on top. Congratulations indeed! I will definitely have to go for breakfast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria molto elegante vicino alla torre di Pisa.. sita in una piazza frequentata da molti studenti e vicinissima al centro! Colazione ottima e molti pasticcini anche per una golosa merenda! Non mancano però anche panini farciti! La proprietaria gentilissima e soprattutto cordiale e sorridente! Aperta anche la notte con delle pizze a tranci favolose! Consigliatissima!
Very elegant pastry shop near the tower of Pisa .. located in a square frequented by many students and very close to the center! Excellent breakfast and many pastries for a delicious snack! But there are also stuffed sandwiches! The owner very kind and above all friendly and smiling! Also open at night with fabulous sliced pizzas! Highly recommended!
