Oggi ho portato i miei bambini a far colazione perché ho sempre apprezzato i vostri prodotti ma sfortunatamente oggi mi è capitato una brioche completamente cruda nel interno. Con educazione l'ho portato a far vedere nel banco e senza nemmeno degnarla di uno sguardo l'hanno gettata via aggiungendo per lo più che i Loro prodotti sono sempre PERFETTI. SONO STATE DAVVERO DI UNA GRANDE MALEDUCAZIONE e mi sono solo pentita di non aver fatto una foto della Loro brioche "perfetta" per renderla pubblica, ma non mi aspettavo certo un simile atteggiamento ed una simile risposta. Risultato: COLAZIONE ROVINATA Bastava solo aveste dato uno sguardo per rendervi conto che a volte capita ma NO... VOI SIETE LANZA E SIETE PERFETTI! ps, Gentile signora Cristina, ho letto la vostra risposta ma la gentilezza dev'essere con le persone non col pc. Signore la brioche era cruda e dire a qualcuno: Va ben la rifacciamo non è un servizio gentile. La saluto. I recommend a course of HUMILITY and good education. Today I took my children for breakfast because I have always appreciated your products but unfortunately today I had a completely raw brioche inside. With education I took it to show in the counter and without even bothering to look at it, they threw it away, mostly adding that their products are always PERFECT. THEY WERE REALLY OF A GREAT RUDE and I just regretted not taking a picture of their "perfect" brioche to make it public, but I certainly did not expect such an attitude and a similar response. Result: BREAKFAST RUINED You just had to have a look to realize that sometimes it happens but NO ... YOU ARE LANZA AND YOU ARE PERFECT! ps, Dear Mrs. Cristina, I have read your answer but kindness must be with people not with the PC. Lord, the brioche was raw and saying to someone: Okay let's make it again is not a kind service. I greet you.

Personale superlativo, gentilissimi .adoro le loro paste con la frutta , ottimi anche le torte . Consigliatissima andateci anche voi Very nice pastry, excellent breakfasts with freshly baked brioches. Superb staff, very kind. I love their pastries with fruit, also excellent cakes. Highly recommended, go there too

È molto molto fornita anche di prodotti non strettamente connessi al consumo immediato, ottimi anche come idee regalo. Consigliata! Non mi piace l'arredo che è datato e avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinnovata ma la qualità è cortesia non manca! Excellent pastry along the road to Mantua. It is also very well stocked with products not strictly connected to immediate consumption, also excellent as gift ideas. Recommended! I don't like the decor that is dated and needs a makeover but the quality and courtesy are not lacking!
