Il gelato è molto buono e artigianale, anche se ci sono pochi gusti. Sono presenti anche dolci artigianali che a vista sembrano ottimi (non li ho assaggiati purtroppo). La consiglio! Pastry shop located in the center of Mattinata. Small place but with the possibility of sitting outside. The ice cream is very good and artisanal, even if there are few flavors. There are also artisan desserts that look excellent on sight (unfortunately I have not tasted them). I recommend it!

Il pasticcere è innamorato del suo lavoro e ci ha parlato di come ha rielaborato le ricette per renderle anche più salutari. Fatto sta che assaggiando dei cornetti a Vignanotica ci siamo resi subito conto che fossero quelli rielaborati dal pasticcere! Che delizia! We went in for an ice cream, which was really delicious, and were blown away by the very high quality of everything the pastry has to offer. The pastry chef is in love with his job and talked to us about how he reworked the recipes to make them even healthier. The fact is that while tasting the croissants in Vignanotica we immediately realized that they were the ones reworked by the pastry chef! What a delight!

La pasticceria è interamente fresca e il gelato è strabiliante, durante la stagione estiva consiglio di assaggiare assolutamente i gusti fichi e gelso, oltre al pistacchio, nocciola e stracciatella. Assaggiando qualsiasi cosa in questa pasticceria è possibile sentire la qualità altissima dei prodotti, e i prezzi sono uguali agli altri bar/pasticcerie! Durante la mia permanenza di una settimana ci sono stata mattina e sera per la colazione e per il gelato. Consiglio assolutamente. Small location, but to compensate there is first of all the kindness, likeability, sociability and goodness of the owners ready to tell the crafting of the craft products they make; it's like being at home. The pastry is entirely fresh and the ice cream is amazing, during the summer season I recommend absolutely tasting the fig and mulberry flavors, as well as pistachio, hazelnut and stracciatella. Tasting anything in this bakery you can feel the very high quality of the products, and the prices are the same as the other bars / pastry shops! During my week's stay there was morning and evening for breakfast and ice cream. I absolutely recommend.

Unica pecca: cono "da supermercato" invece della cialda croccante di pasticceria. Artisan ice cream shop, nice owner. Few tastes but well cared for. I recommend the pistachio. The only flaw: the "supermarket" cone instead of the crunchy pastry wafer.
