Che dire grazie HAPPY DAYS ? I ordered 2 doves with pistachio cream and I must say that everything arrived perfect! Not to mention the delicacy of the product ... What can I say thanks HAPPY DAYS ?

Comunque fortunatamente non ho mangiato il loro panettone e dopo vari solleciti hanno pensato bene a fare il rimborso per la loro inadempienza, posso capire che vendere online non sia semplice però allora vi consiglio di vendere i vostri prodotti nei dintorni evitando spedizioni... Unfortunately I can not give less than one star, pandoro never arrived with the promise that it would arrive for Christmas, I asked for an explanation but according to them I should not have a refund for non-delivery ... However fortunately I did not eat their panettone and after several reminders they have thought about making a refund for their default, I can understand that selling online is not easy but then I recommend that you sell your products nearby avoiding shipments ...

Un rimborso sarebbe stato gradito visto che non era gratis ciò che ho comprato. Delle scuse sarebbero state IL MINIMO. I ordered an artisanal panettone and another one arrived. I reported by messages, all displayed but unanswered. A refund would have been welcome since what I bought was not free. An apology would be MINIMAL.

Ho contattato la pasticceria per chiedere chiarimenti.. e mi hanno risposto con molta nonchalance che la Nutella al pistacchio era esaurita. Ordinare una Ferrari e ricevere una Panda non è quello che mi aspettavo. Voto Professionalità : 0 Non ordinerò più niente presso questa pasticceria. Siete il disonore della Sicilia. The pistachio panettone was a big disappointment. The filling was not pistachio cream / nutella but a cream that tasted only of sugar and alcohol. I contacted the pastry shop to ask for clarification .. and they replied very nonchalantly that the Nutella with pistachio was out of stock. Ordering a Ferrari and receiving a Panda is not what I expected. Professionalism rating: 0 I will not order anything from this bakery anymore. You are the dishonor of Sicily.

Panettone ordinato in data 20.12 e arrivato il 28.12 (sotto le feste ci sta un po di ritardo, ma non è quello il problema). Lo abbiamo mangiato il 31.12: aspetto esterno ottimo, ma appena tagliato è sembrato come quei panettoni ripieni acquistati al supermercato. Crema all'interno con troppo alcool, senza il minimo aroma di pistacchio, consistenza pari a quelli industriali. Veramente deluso dall'acquisto Unfortunately, I cannot be satisfied with my purchase. Gradirei essere risarcito visto che nessuno risponde. Non posso dare un voto alla pasticceria perché non ho potuto assaggiare le loro creazioni, ma come disponibilità, spedizione e organizzazione voto sotto zero. La sconsiglio. I ordered two panettone on December 18, 2021, today January 6, 2022 I still have to receive the goods, after having asked for information and solicited by phone, email, whatsapp and sms. I would like to be compensated as no one responds. I cannot rate the pastry shop because I was unable to taste their creations, but in terms of availability, shipping and organization, I rate below zero. I do not recommend it.

La crema di pistacchi non sapeva di pistacchi ma di conservanti o liquore, paragonabile al “cioccolato” che si può trovare nelle brioches prefabbricate dei discount. Per aver pagato un panettone 33€ veramente una grandissima delusione. Col secondo non sappiamo neanche cosa farci. Avevamo portato il primo ad un pranzo di Natale in famiglia. Pessima figura! Mai più. Una grande truffa! Non capisco da dove arrivino tutte queste recensioni buone assolutamente forvianti! Sarebbe stato meglio comprarsi un pandoro Bauli al supermercato e prendere una crema al pistacchio separatamente! Ordered two panettone that arrived completely destroyed.
