Sono stata loro cliente da quando hanno aperto, ma visto le esperienze con le torte, pasticcini, pane, che non ho mai saputo il prezzo al kilo e non hanno mai pesato niente per farmi vedere quello che sto pagando? Quest'ultima volta mi sono proprio detta che non vado più.???e che avrei fatto la recensione si, perché così chi leggerà è va lì starà attento che le vengano fornite tutte le informazioni, mi dispiace non faccio mai recensioni ?ma questa mi sembrava dovverosa. Purtroppo tutte le creme, e anche la pasta di tutte le brioches avevano un fortissimo sapore di vanillina chimica, da lasciare la lingua amara e quasi addormentata. Immangiabili. Purtroppo alcune abbiamo dovuto buttarle. Si sono salvate quelle alla frutta perché scartando la crema, la frolla con la sola frutta risultava buona. Stessa cosa per i cannoli, buona la pasta ma la crema immangiabile. Un vero peccato considerando che la scelta è vasta e la pasta è gradevole ma la crema rovina veramente tutto. Mi auguro sia stato un errore di quel giorno, perché il posto merita e non ci sono molte pasticcerie che fanno anche senza latte oltre che senza glutine. Spero che questa recensione serva per migliorarsi, data la buona volontà mostrata nell'eseguire tanti tipi di pasticcini per poter soddisfare tutti, e che non utilizzino più tonnellate di vanillina chimica perché è davvero un pugno in bocca in quella quantità. A real shame considering that the choice is vast and the pasta is pleasant but the cream really spoils everything. I hope it was a mistake that day, because the place deserves it and there are not many bakeries that do even dairy-free as well as gluten-free. I hope this review serves to improve, given the goodwill shown in making so many types of pastries to satisfy everyone, and that they don't use tons of chemical vanillin anymore because it's really a punch in the mouth in that amount. Le paste sono bellissime, i biscotti buonissimi e anche il cappuccio di soia è molto buono. Alla prima occasione proverò anche le torte.
