Qualità bassissima e prezzi altissimi di prodotti di scarsa qualità e vecchi. Non ve lo consiglio. To be avoided. Dopo due bicchieri di prosecco, arriva la cameriera con un piatto dove sono state tagliate una carota e un finocchio dicendo "questo è tutto quello che abbiamo di vegano". Inaccettabile nel 2022 che ci sia così tanta ignoranza e pochezza nei confronti di chi ha uno stile di vita diverso dalla maggioranza delle persone e così poco rispetto del cliente in generale. Le brioches non sono male ma neanche nulla di eccezionale, i prezzi sono abbastanza elevati per la città di Biella. Il personale è gentile ma lento. Convenient place especially for the large nearby parking. There are also tables outside but we ate at the counter. The brioches are not bad but nothing exceptional either, the prices are quite high for the city of Biella. The staff is nice but slow.

I tavolini interni non sono molti ma nella bella stagione c'è la possibilità di sedersi anche fuori. Croissant davvero buoni e fragranti e ampia scelta di gusti. Pasticcini di buona qualità e di tanti gusti. Excellent pastry bar with ample free parking nearby. The internal tables are not many but in the summer there is the possibility to sit outside as well. Really good and fragrant croissants and a wide choice of flavors. Pastries of good quality and of many flavors.
