Nonostante si trovi nella piazza principale, i prezzi sono assolutamente onesti e le coppe di gelato veramente squisite e belle esteticamente! Non a caso e' sempre pieno, un motivo ci sara'....Consigliatissimo! If you are in Sondrio and you want to eat a nice cup of ice cream with cream and spend the right amount, you have to go here! Prodotti ottimi, dal gelato, ai pasticcini, alle torte semifreddo (presa una ieri, superlativa). Producono anche prodotti tipici (tipo la bisciola valtellinese). Pochi tavoli all'interno e veranda (chiusa d'inverno) con diversi posti a sedere. Sempre molto frequentata in quanto é un locale storico per Sondrio e con un ottima qualità. Pastry shop in Piazza Garibaldi within easy walking distance (pedestrian area). Excellent products, from ice cream, to pastries, to parfait cakes (taken one yesterday, superlative). They also produce typical products (such as the Valtellina bisciola). Few tables inside and veranda (closed in winter) with several seats. Always very popular as it is a historic place for Sondrio and with an excellent quality.

Non pretendo di essere servita prima di tutti, ma siamo state proprio messe in secondo piano rispetto a chi arrivava al banco o era seduto fuori nella veranda. Nel complesso le paste, anche se non eccelse, erano abbastanza fresche, visto il grande smercio di cui questo ambiente gode per via della posizione. Mi sono recato per acquistare un vassoio di paste e mi hanno rifilato dei bignè di diversi tipi, VECCHI, con la pasta choux e le creme secche. Sottolineo creme DURE. Non ho consumato tutti i pasticcini, li ho portati indietro, lamentandomi e mostrando quelli avanzati. Mi hanno risposto che i bignè (nocciola e pistacchio) erano fatti così apposta, e per ammorbidirli bastava metterli nel forno a microonde. Rendiamoci conto! Hanno perso un cliente. I didn't eat all the pastries, I took them back, complaining and showing the leftover ones. They replied that the cream puffs (hazelnut and pistachio) were made so on purpose, and to soften them just put them in the microwave. Let's realize! They lost a customer.

Conto sbagliato a nostro sfavore, contestato e risolto su nostra osservazione. Troppo frettolosi, consiglio maggiore attenzione e un filtraggio dell'ingresso. Pastry bar in the city center.
