Ho fatto 30 minuti di fila alla cassa , alla fine una signora mi ha pure passato davanti. Darei - 5. Bad experience I never go back, inadequate staff who couldn't handle the job. Tanti tipi di croissant artigianali.. Da quelli normali a quelli ai cereali alle krapfen, ai muffin e pasticciotti!! La pasticceria migngon e secca è strepitosa. I semifreddi e il gelato sono gustosissimi! Spesso ha avuto occasione di far preparare delle torte personalizzate di compleanno e devo dire che sono le migliori che abbia mai provato. C'è da dire anche che il personale è sempre attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente e sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili!! La consiglio sempre ai miei amici che vengono da fuori!! Nella giornata di sabato abbiamo chiamato per prenotare la torta per un compleanno e scegliendo i gusti di nostro gradimento. La sera seguente andiamo a ritirarla e...non c'era alcuna torta! Ovviamente si erano dimenticati di farla. Ci dicono di attendere qualche minuto (una ventina circa), nel mentre ci attendevano in pizzeria dato il nostro ritardo in seguito a questo inconveniente. Nessuno che si sia scusato, avevamo chiesto una torta da 1 kg massimo 1 kilo e 1/2 e alla fine era di 1,7 kg, sono stati tolti semplicemente 0.50€ su nostro sollecito dato il problema causato e in più, una volta aperta la torta, ci accorgiamo che nemmeno gli ingredienti da noi richiesti erano presenti. Io non sono del posto ma ogni volta che mi trovo da quelle parti è d obbligo una pausa... Ma che vi devo dire qualche giorno fa mi sono affacciata per le mie amate desiderate ...solo a pensarci mi viene l acquolina in bocca... Rullo di tamburi.... Zeppole fritte alla crema .. No vabbè.... Ma che ve lo sto a dire andateci subito e poi mi direte... Voto 10 se siete daccordo con me mettete un mi piace.... Arriveremo a 100000000000....faccio un aggiornamento oggi 15 marzo domenica putroppo ci impediscono di uscire fuori dal paese e raggiungere Sava... Niente pasticcini niente zeppole.. Però come mio desiderio appena tutto finirà è quello di venirvi a trovare... Vi saluto con i pasticcini nel cuore... Oltre ad aver assaporato i loro pasticcini mignon, peraltro superlativi, ho chiesto di eseguire un'antica ricetta per la preparazione di una torta mimosa. Il risultato è stato superlativo ed apprezzata da tutti i commensali. Ancora un sentito grazie al titolare che ci ha voluti accontentare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo! A	Anna Barile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo comprare un semifreddo, forse sarebbe stato meglio se avessi scelto un dolce... ho telefonato alla pasticceria Saracino la mattina presto (ore 7.30) per avere la sicurezza di trovare in tarda mattinata, quando io sarei potuta andare da loro, un semifreddo; per telefono mi hanno assicurato che c'era ampia scelta e ne avrei trovati anche in tarda mattinata. In effetti alle 12.45, al mio arrivo al Saracino, di semifreddi ce n'erano però o troppo grandi, oppure, della misura che mi interessava, ce n'erano 5 di cui 3 al solo limone, 1 al mango e uno cioccolato e nocciola. Non essendo molto contenta, ho visto in un banco anche un dolce particolare, una zeppolata, ma mi sembrava molto "asciutta" ovvero fatta di molta parte solida e pochissima crema nel mezzo. Sapendo i gusti degli altri commensali, ho optato per il semifreddo al cioccolato e nocciola, che aveva anche dei bignè sopra. Alla mia domanda di che cosa fossero ripieni i bignè, la commessa mi ha risposto che c'era della panna. La brutta sorpresa l'abbiamo avuta al momento della degustazione: il gelato che componeva il semifreddo non aveva quasi gusto, non sapeva né di cioccolato, né tanto meno di nocciola, e i bignè erano vuoti, sì proprio completamente vuoti!
