La frutta di marzapane è esteticamente ben fatta ma l'impasto dovrebbe essere più omogeneo ,(si sente la granulosità dello zucchero). Tuttavia i prezzi sono molto competitivi e pertanto si può chiudere un occhio. Pastry shop with retail. Fresh pastas are well assorted. Dried pasta, especially foams, have not convinced me. The marzipan fruit is aesthetically well made but the dough should be more homogeneous (the graininess of the sugar is felt). However, the prices are very competitive and therefore one can turn a blind eye.

Anche nella decorazione era bruttissima, pendeva da un lato e anziché essere ripiena della crema particolare con cui è fatta questo tipo di torta, l'hanno realizzata solo con panna e marmellata di ciliege con i pezzettoni, ma non esiste proprio questo ingrediente nella red velvet. Mi hanno consegnato una torta grezza, sembrava fatta da un principiante. Pessima pessima pessima. Le torte sono ormai le stesse da anni, un po' troppo dolci a mio parere, ma come sempre si fanno apprezzare. I booked a 1kg birthday cake and got a 2kg one, definitely unprofessional. The cakes have been the same for years now, a little too sweet in my opinion, but as always they are appreciated.
