Poco sapore di caffè, molto annacquata, e brioche insapore. Il personale, giovane, ma credo con poca esperienza e poca propensione verso il pubblico. Un sorriso ogni tanto male non farebbe. Locale elegante, esterni curati e vetrine frigo piene di torte e zuccotti gelato in tutti i sapori immaginabili. Gelateria fresca artigianale e tavola calda in continua uscita. Gentilezza del personale e un'occhiata al Pasticcere dall'evidente consapevolezza di un mestiere antico, completano per oggi la mia visita ah, dimenticavo una miriade di pasticcini con l'evidente richiamo di " mangiami, mangiami" completano l'offerta di oggi. Consiglio più di una visita perché non riesco ad immaginare la bontà delle granite con tanta panna che ho visto svolazzare da un tavolo all'altro durante la mia visita. L'occhio vorrá pure la sua parte ma la gola, la gola miei cari non scherza. Oggi giovedì 12 agosto continuo nel parlarvi di Pasticceria Gangemi a Riposto. È pomeriggio e ho deciso di prendere una crema di caffè con tre pastine da tè, scelte dalla cortese ragazza dietro il banco. Crema di caffè ottima, corposa, profumata e dal sapore persistente. Le tre pastine che vedete in foto sono tutte fragranti e soddisfano il palato, crocchiano brevemente tra i denti liberando sapori nascosti come il cioccolato. Ho scelto bene e la prossima volta sarà per la granita, in un innumerevole quantità di gusti accompagnata dalla classicissima brioche col tuppo. A presto. I love the newly opened clubs.
