Ogni domenica mio nonno, quando veniva a pranzo da noi, dopo la messa passava in questa pasticceria , prendeva un vassoio con solo cannoncini allo zabaione e alla crema e bigne alla crema o cioccolato... una vera prelibatezza. Ancora oggi ,dopo tanti anni, ha mantenuto il gusto perfetto della sua super crema pasticcera. Peccato averla un pò fuori mano, altrimenti sarei da loro tutti i giorni. Grazie Fratelli Montali. :D
Impossible that I have not yet put a review on my trusted pastry shop since I was a child. Every Sunday my grandfather, when he came to lunch with us, after mass he would go to this pastry shop, he would take a tray with only cannoncini with zabaglione and cream and beignets with cream or chocolate ... a real delicacy. Even today, after so many years, it has maintained the perfect taste of its super custard. Too bad to have it a little out of the way, otherwise I would be with them every day. Thanks Brothers Montali. : D

Historic pastry shop in the heart of Parma beyond the current. Entering you can breathe the scent of sweets and the typical kindness of the Montali family. The pastas are fabulous from cannoncini to flames from millefeuille to cream puffs. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venendo da Roma ho dovuto desistere dall'acquistare delle torte tipiche in quanto non avrebbero sopportato il viaggio, così ho preso delle paste tra cui i favolosi cannoncini zabaione. Devo dire che meritano la fama di cui godono sul web. Il personale é stato estremamente professionale, cordiale ed educato.
Coming from Rome I had to desist from buying the typical cakes as they could not bear the journey, so I took some pastas including the fabulous zabaglione cannoncini. I must say that they deserve the fame they enjoy on the web. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and polite.
