Consigliato a chiunque voglia dei buoni dolci. Very nice place and served with many pastas, beautiful cakes made with sponge cake as I had asked, very kind and helpful staff, very competent. Recommended for anyone who wants good desserts.

Leggendo le recensioni positive che davano questa pasticceria tra le migliori di Ancona, mi sono recata presso di loro per acquistare dei cornetti e dei mignon per la domenica. Intanto siamo stati serviti da un'addetta scortese, maleducata e con scarsa propensione verso il cliente. In secondo luogo, viene descritta come una pasticceria "fornita". In realtà, si trovano le stesse classiche farciture di altre pasticcerie, per di più con un sapore di burro intenso in bocca. Alla mia gentile domanda sulla disponibilità di cornetti senza lattosio, mi è stato risposto con tono di derisione e beffa che li avevano "senza zucchero". Per quanto riguarda i mignon, buoni ma al di sotto della media. Poca farcitura nelle tartellette alla frutta e nelle aragoste, poca bagna nelle pesche. Una delusione totale, non ci tornerò. ?????? Ringrazio il/la proprietario/a per avermi risposto con gentilezza e spiegando il suo punto di vista. Sono pienamente d'accordo sui gusti e, avendo anch'io addetti in negozio, spero che qualche richiamo possa servire. Reading the positive reviews that gave this pastry among the best in Ancona, I went to them to buy croissants and mignon for Sunday. In the meantime we were served by a rude, rude and with little inclination towards the customer. Secondly, it is described as a "stocked" pastry. In fact, you can find the same classic fillings as other pastry shops, plus with an intense buttery flavor in the mouth. To my kind question about the availability of lactose-free croissants, I was answered with a tone of derision and mockery that they had them "sugar-free". As for the mignon, good but below average. Little filling in fruit tartlets and lobsters, little soaking in peaches. A total disappointment, I will not go back. ?????? Iniziamo a dire che sono stato servito da un'dipendete maleducata ed scortese, e con una mancata disposizione verso il cliente. Avevo comprato dei cornetti ed non erano come mi aspettavo dato che ho letto di molte recensioni che avevano messo 5 stelle a questo posto Sarebbe meglio rivedere il personale, Non ci ritornerò.
